This side tie vest was made with cotton scraps. The batting is 100% cotton. This vest is made to be worn over and under your warm winter layers and dresses. The boxy fit and adjustable side ties of this garment are meant to fit a wide variety of body types. This vest is fully reversible and can be worn with either side out!
